About these terms
“dailycash”, “we” and “us” mean the team that runs dailycash.fun and the dailycash app. “You” means the person using them. If you don’t agree to these terms, please don’t use the site or join the waitlist.
dailycash hasn’t launched yet
The app isn’t available yet. Everything this site describes, including tasks, reward amounts, streak multipliers, challenges and payout methods, is our plan for launch and may change or be dropped. Joining the waitlist doesn’t guarantee you access to the app, a launch date or any reward.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- dailycash will only be offered in countries where we can legally do so. We’ll publish that list at launch.
- You’re responsible for making sure using dailycash is legal where you live.
The waitlist
Join with your own email address, once. We may remove entries that look automated, fake or abusive. You can leave at any time by emailing help@dailycash.fun. How we handle your email is described in the Privacy Policy.
Rewards, once the app is live
- Rewards are promotional. They aren’t wages, interest, an investment or a financial product, and you don’t buy anything to earn them.
- Rewards are paid in USDC on the Solana network. The amount for each task, any daily limit and any multiplier is shown in the app before you start. We may change amounts for future tasks, but not for a task you’ve already completed.
- Rewards are credited only after a task is verified. We may hold a reward for review, or cancel one that hasn’t been withdrawn, if we reasonably believe it was earned in breach of these terms.
- Rewards depend on funding from reward partners. We don’t promise any level of earnings.
- You can withdraw to a Solana wallet you control. Network fees may apply. Blockchain transfers are final, and we can’t reverse a transfer to a wrong address.
- You’re responsible for any taxes on rewards in your country.
Fair use
You agree not to:
- open more than one account, or use someone else’s
- fake, simulate or tamper with location, sensor, timer or photo data
- use bots, scripts, emulators or modified apps
- buy, sell or transfer accounts
- interfere with, probe or overload our systems, or try to access data that isn’t yours
If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account and cancel rewards that haven’t been withdrawn. You can ask a person to review the decision by emailing help@dailycash.fun.
Crypto risks
- USDC is a stablecoin designed to track the US dollar, but it’s issued by a third party and can lose its peg.
- Blockchains and wallets can fail, be congested or be attacked. Transfers can be delayed and can’t be reversed.
- You alone are responsible for your wallet, its recovery phrase and its security. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
- dailycash isn’t a bank, exchange, broker or custodian of your wallet, and nothing we publish is financial, investment or tax advice.
Health and safety
All tasks are optional. Only do what’s safe and right for you, and talk to a doctor before starting new exercise if you have any health concerns. Follow traffic laws, stay aware of your surroundings and never handle your phone while cycling. dailycash isn’t a medical service and doesn’t give medical advice.
Our content
The dailycash name, logo, website, illustrations and app are ours or our licensors’. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify or redistribute it without our permission.
Disclaimers and liability
We provide the website and waitlist “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by blockchain networks, wallets, stablecoin issuers or other third parties.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you’re a consumer, you keep all the rights your local consumer law gives you.
Ending your use
You can stop using dailycash and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms, or if we stop offering dailycash. If we stop the service, we’ll give reasonable notice and let you withdraw any verified rewards.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example before the app launches. We’ll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we’ll tell people on the waitlist by email before they apply.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where dailycash’s operating company is established, without affecting any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country you live in. If something goes wrong, email us first. Most problems are quicker to fix that way.
